Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery: 

a. We will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control.

b. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are specified during the checkout process. Additional charges, such as customs fees, may apply for international orders.

c. The status of your order will be specified to you only after 24 hours of placing the order. Please only write to us after 24 hours have passed after placing the order.

d. In case, the product has been picked/shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual product or complete pickup/shipment. Cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective products which are part of shipment, if the shipment is out for delivery or in transit stage.

e. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

f. All the Product will be delivered within 10-12 business working days.

g. Express Shipping : Kindly reach out to us at support@houseofmusk.in. Orders are delivered in 2-4 working days and costs ₹400. Please note we are only currently shipping Express for Delhi NCR and Mumbai orders.

As we are sending the orders with an external service, shipping costs are non-refundable once delivered.
